What types of projects do you consider?
Front yard, backyard, planting, outdoor-living, hardscape, lighting, patio, and complete landscape design projects, including virtual and select in-person design consultations.
How does the process begin?
Submit the property location, current photos, desired scope, priorities, and project information through the design consultation form.
Do you provide construction estimates?
Modern Landscapes is currently focused on landscape design and visualization and is not accepting landscape construction contracts at this time.
Can you work from existing plans or inspiration?
Yes. Existing plans, surveys, builder drawings, inspiration images, and property information can help inform the design process.
Are your designs permit or engineering documents?
No. Our standard landscape design services are conceptual and visual in nature and do not replace surveying, engineering, architectural services, permit drawings, or other licensed professional services that may be required.
